Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I had a slight accident with the tow company from my apt. complex. He was dropping a car, and I tried to go around him causing a scratch on his truck. I told him I was going to my house to get my camera to take pics, and get my policy number. He said ok, however the apt manager came out and gave him my last name, was she suppose to do so, further more a maintenance member, brought the Irate tow truck driver to my house!!! After I told him I was going home to get the items and he said ok. Isnt that a break of residents confidentiality, was he suppose to bring the driver to more door, knowing where I live, he could be a crazy person, and decides to come back because he was very loud and irate even when I gave him the information! Thanks

You have to give the other driver that information in a property damage accident. There is no problem with what the manager did.

No problem at all. You would have been exchanging insurance information and drivers license information, especially if a police officer was called.
