Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I slipped and fell at a business because there was a dip in the doorway that shouldn't have been there where they took old doors out and put new doors in when I slipped and fell I fractured my ankle I purchased items from the store but I also stole something from the store they may or may not see it when they view the video surveillance do I still have a case
