Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I sold my car to my son signed the title over to him,he had insurance on the car then lost his job before he got the title transfered to his name and had a wreck after his insurance had expired in another state am I liable?

Most likely you are not responsible since you did sign the title over. However, if you are sued, consult with an attorney for legal assistance immediately.
