Is there a statute of limition on collecting a claim for vehicle damage from an insrurance company?

Yes, but the claim is against the negligent driver, or possibly against your own company if they should have paid a collision claim to you. If the other driver, two years. If your own company, have an attorney in your community read the policy right away to answer this question.
