Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Last summer in a contempt hearing a witness committed perjury regarding a letter she wrote. The letter alleged a violent crime. The witness claimed I forged part of the letter. Can I file suit against the individual?

Report it to the police or prosecutor in your county. They can pursue the perjury case.
