tfront brakes looked at lug nuts not put back on

I picked my car up and was going down the road the left front tire flew off i came down realley hard and hurt my back , I will be off work for 4 days. my back wasnt in the best of shape anyway do I have a case

Sure sounds like you have a case. I'm assuming you can prove they did work on your car which included them working on your tire.

Keep you receipt for the work done. Yes you have a case if your back is now worse than it was before this happened.
