Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

There is a writer on the internet that "I" feel whos posts are inane. Can I call his work inane on youtube without getting in trouble?

It would be better to just ignore it and not read the items which you feel are inane. Under some circumstances, such comments could be construed as libel or slander. Why bother to even read it if you don't like it?
