Legal Question in Product Liability in Indiana
helped a friend who didn't follow through
I advertised some sheds on a website for a so called friend. He talked to them and he was suppose to make and complete two sheds for 1166. He wanted them to pay me through paypal and he was going to deliver the sheds. I gave the money to him and he didn't end of delivering the sheds. He talked to them and said he would deliver them and never did. He ended up telling them he would refund their money. He gave me 200 out of the 1166 to give back to them and I did. They said that they would do what they had to in order to get their money. They knew that he was the one with the sheds but they said because the money went into my account. What could happen on my end of it? What could they do??

You need to be more specific concerning what representations were made on the website and wehat he told them, as well as what you told them and when.
