Legal Question in Product Liability in Indiana
Vehicle Repair
Last year my neighbor charged me $300 to fix my lawnmower. t still did not work properly so i put it up as winter was upon us. When i uncovered it to do the first mow of spring, of course it did not start like it didnt after he charged me $300 and still didnt run. i then called him to come down and get it runnng so that i could mow. watched him take off the filter and spark plug, spray it (the engine) with carberator spray then start it, without replacing the filter or spark plug. At this point it caught on fire upon ignition. s he responsible for fixing my mower since it stilll did not run after charging me $300 and then catching the mower on fire?
