3 day recission period

Does the three day recission period or right to cancel an agreement apply after verbally agreeing to a settlement agreement during litigation? No written agreement has been signed.

The attorney who represented you in the litigation should have an opinion on this. We would defer to his or her opinion. However, without knowing more about the facts, it does strike us that there is NO 3-day right of recission that applies to settlement agreements.
