Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I am 1 of 5 Heirs to our brother's estate, he had a condo that is upside down financially with the mortgage. The lender is suing my siblings and i in foreclosure but we never took title to the condo. Can we be named in the suit and do we have liability.
