Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My 2 sisters took my mother to the Huntington Co. court house in 2007 and had her put all her children on the deed to her home (total of 5) + mother ..They said just in case she had to go into a nursing home... In 2017 she became very ill and she moved in with me

(in Tennessee) .. She is in the process of selling her home and the 2 sisters will not sigh the check from the sale of her home over to mother.. They are keeping the money!

What should mother do in order to get the money back from the 2 daughters?

At the time they took her (2007) to the court house she was in sound mind and body and she still is to this day.

She had no Idea what the repercussions were and totally trusted her daughter that was in Real Estate. So she added everyone to the deed. The only thing she told her was "in case you had to go into a nursing home the state can't take your home!

Help!

It’s a done deal. Nothing much to be done now. Check in with a local attorney to have him review in person.
