My 20 year old daughter was arrested on a battery charge. There is a no contact order against her, how do I retrieve her personal property from the individual with the altercation was with?

The no contact order does not stop you from arranging to pick those things up. If the person is a stickler, you might have to obtain a power of attorney that authorizes you to act on your daughter's behalf.
