3 yrs ago i walked out on a property,,chase bought loan ,i have done paper work on forclosure ,loan modfication ,its been 3 yrs ,,,i call title company they no longer in business ,,chase said they were looking for title 4 months ago ,,,can i reclaim property

If you pay up all you owe and resolve all your issues on the loan with the lender or its successor.
