adding wife on to title of house in indy
i inherited house in indianapolis. i want to add my wife on to property. how do i do this?

You will need to have quit claim deed drafted and complete the state-mandated auditors form and then submit the deed for recording.

You will need to file a quit claim deed listing both of you on the title. You will then need to record the document at the recorders office in the county where the home is located.
