Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Alright. I made a land contract for my property to sell to my brother. In this contract it states that, upon non-payment the purchaser would vacate the premises in 72 hours. The contract was put in place 6 months ago. No payment has been made. I live in Indiana and this is where the hoisehold is.
