Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Back Property Taxes

I purchased a home in Dec. 07. Received $1,350 for estimated '07 taxes from seller at closing. Seller had moved into new home prior to March 1, 2007 and transferred homestead exemption. Without homestead exemption taxes were $2,700. Is the seller responsible for difference from estimated amount to actual amount.
