Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

bought a house over 4 years ago.have never lived in it or made a payment on it.have heard nothing from bank.what is most likely to happen?

You might have a small problem. It is doubtful that the bank has forgotten about you for 4 years. It is likely that they filed suit but perhaps you didn't receive notice. I would check the court records under your name to see if anything comes up.
