Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My ex boyfriend cosigned a car loan for me over two years ago. I have never been late on a car payment. He is now sending me text that he is going to come and get the car and take legal action. I am in the military and i am overseas right now. He has never put any money on this car at all. I only have two more years to pay on this car. Can he really do this.
