The bricks on my three year old house are faulty. Do I have recourse against the bank I purchased it from?

The contract and closing documents would need to be reviewed by an attorney to determine whether there is any casue of action available.

The builder may have liability under Indiana law, so you should ask about that as well when you meet with the attorney per Mr. Padove's suggestion.
