Broker Induced Lawsuit

Family was sued a few years back by a 'client' who was ignored by a broker hired by us. His decision to do this was not known by us. Judgement was 6 figures to 'client', broker paid nothing. His Attorney allowed statue time to run out re an appeal. We had to pay. Any recourse? Thanks...

I am not sure I understand your question-I need more detail. Can you email me the whole story-if you paid a debt owed by someone else or one that was a joint debt, you may be able to recover from the co-debtor
