my brother and i own 1/2 shares of our parents house,now deceased. he wants

to move in.can i stop him? what are my recourses.i want to sell the property.

He hAs asmuch right to be there as you. See an attorney in your community about filing a partition action to force sale of the house.

Instead of an expensive partition suit. Perhaps you can offer to sell him your share.
