Can i do business with realtors that work for different companies

I would like to start a small business doing advertising work for realtors. is it legal for me to work for several different real estate companies? Should i have something legal to provide for them insuring the confidentiality of their clients lists?

I would suggest a written contract outlining just exactly what your role would be, the information you would need from your client, and a clause indicating that you are not working exclusively for this client.
