Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I was about to buy a flat but later I came to know that the seller lost the power of attorney and it's not ircoverable.. rest all documents from the seller side is perfect but only power of attorney is missing.. Please advice whether I can proceed with the purchase or it's risky to proceed
