Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I went to buy a home and since my credit rating was low, my father said he would just get the loan in his name. He got the morgage in his name only (Hes married to my mother but her name is not on the loan) and we have been paying for over 3 years. He died and now we don't know where we stand with the loan.

You did not indicate whether your father is on the deed , whther you are, or both of you. How the owership is set up makes a difference in how to answer this question. Please repost
