Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I am the buyer in a land contract started in April of 2014. The house was purchased on the contract for $210,000 and I placed $20,000 down. Recently I have lost my employment and am about to miss my payment on the contract. What rights do I have and how long before I can be evicted. Even if I'm attempting to make payments?

Attempting to make payments may not save your situation. Perhaps you can sit down with the seller and negotiate a new payment plan. Otherwise, you might be facing loss of the home and eviction.
