Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Hello... im buying a foreclosed home i got all the paper work and everything i need to have and be done the day they want it to be done. the closing was 28th of jan. now the agents said the bank in texas switched something bank maybe?? but nnow i again i had to resign the same papers and now they changed the closing on the 10th of feb they called me a couple days ago and said the bank sign all the papers and everything we are just waiting for the house to close.. If everything is done and it is berfore 28th of jan why cant we still close the on the 28th ??? makes no sence???
