Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
We are buying a home and we have a contract and we have some problems and contacted the owner of the corporation that owns the mobile home park our home is in along with the park manager, and her supervisor. We filed a case in small claims court to try to get the money owed us which is still pending. One of the documents the manager produced in court ( the letter we sent to all concerned management of the company) had a note written across the top from the owner saying "do not respond". Since we are buying this place on contract and this corporation owns numerous trailer parks, we are concerned about this corporations operation practices. There are from time to time problems arising that need attention and this manager doesn't answer her phone and doesn't answer msgs left on voice mail. We need to know if we have a case against this corporation. and if so would this be grounds for voiding the contract and having our deposits returned.

You need to have an attorney review that contract to determine what the obligations are.
