Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I am buying a property on cantract I wasn't behind in payments and they refused a partial payment full payment is 321 a month and I sent them 161.50 which is half of the full payment so I could catch a bill that fell the same week I heard somewhere that refusal of payment that the dedt was forfeited is this correct and if so can you tell me what the Indiana code is so I can read it please thank you

You owe the full payment. They don't have to accept a partial payment. There is no such forfeit that you heard somewhere. If you didn't make full payment on time, you are in default on the contract and can lose everything.
