Cancelling a lease to purchase agreement

I am the seller. I had a couple sign a lease to purchase agreement but they have yet to pay the rent on time. I have reminded them several times when the rent is due. Can I cancel this agreement?

If no rent has ever been paid, you can almost certainly evict them. If considerable money has been paid toward the purchase of a home in the form of lease payments, there may be a different answer.
