Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I have car loan on my vehicle and 3 years ago, my friend starting using the car and making the payments. She has now discontinued making payments but will not return the car. What legal rights do I have? The car loan is solely in my name.

Did you sell it to her for the loan amount? If so, sue her for what is left unpaid on the loan. If for a different amount, then sue for the unpaid balance.
