Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My car was parked on my employers parking lot and during the day while I was driving my route the parking lot started to flood. At that time my car was starting to go under water and they pulled my car out BUT I have water damage on the inside of my car PLUS my car will NOT start. My question is ...... Is my employer responseable for damages to my car and repairing it to get it running again.

That would depend on whether the flooding parking lot was was caused by your employer. You should consider filing a claim with your insurer and they can go after the employer-might provide better job security that way.
