company managing my home

i am the sole owner of a home in indianapolis, indiana. i have a company taking care of it but i am not happy with this company. if i add my wife on the title of my home, can i break the contract with the company?

I suspect that if the contract was provided by the management company, that the addition of your wife to the deed would not be sufficient to allow you to break the contract. However, you should have a lawyer licensed in Indiana review the contract to confirm whether this avenue of escape is available to you. Good luck.
