If your company pays for you to go to a convention and at the convention, you enter your name into a drawing and win a prize from a vendor, is your company entitled to the prize you have won? Please cite Indiana law.

I think that you should first start with the rules laid out in your employee handbook. If it's not covered, there may be an issue as to whether the employer has a right to the money if it is viewed that you were acting as an employee, on behalf of the employer at the time of the entry of your name.
