Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
a credit card debt that was dissolved in bankruptcy had placed a lien on my home...the home is going into forclosure...can they then place that lien on another asset I have now like my car or my life insurance policy - I thought the old lien dies in forclosure is that true? but can they issue a new one?
