Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

a credit card debt that was dissolved in bankruptcy had placed a lien on my home...the home is going into forclosure...can they then place that lien on another asset I have now like my car or my life insurance policy - I thought the old lien dies in forclosure is that true? but can they issue a new one?

If the debt has been discharged, it can no longer be used to create a lien on any other property.
