my daughter lives in Indiana with 3 small childern. she is renting from ex husband. he is now trying to throw them all out on the street. they have a court date on the 27th. will she have to move the same day? He is doing this because he is mad she has moved on with her life with a new man.

She will probably not have to move the same day as the hearing. Have you explained to her the foolishness of having an ex-husband as her landlord?
