Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I'm a disabled vet from Marion Indiana. I pay no homeowners tax because of deduction and my homeowners insurance is included in my payment. Mortgage company did not run new escrow analysis and paid my property taxes which was their fault. I'm on a strict budget. Out of not where they want me to pay 700.00 dollars back. It should have been included in my payment but they made mistakes.they are wanting to forclose because i can't pay it and it was not my fault. Please help...

All of your communications with them should be in writing. You should make a demand upon them for your money if your facts are correct. If they don't pay you can either take them to small claims court or get a lawyer.
