Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I was divorced three years ago and the ex-wife kept the house. She never refinanced the house like she was supposed to. She is now filing for bankruptcy and the bank is telling me I am responsible for the debt. I cant do anything with the house because she removed everything of value including the pool, deck, and garage. The house is totally trashed. There is no heat, windows are broken and holes in many walls and doors. Is there anything i can do?
