Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
We have a documented survey indicating a Building next to us is situated about 2 feet onto our property. We need to send the owner a certified letter indicating this issue and that we are not going to give up our rights to the property that his building sits on that is our property. Exactly how should the wording read and who should be notified besides the property owner?

This isn’t a half-baked do-it-yourself project. Go to a lawyer and have it done properly.
There will be research required on who owned which property for how long and who has been paying taxes on the strip in question.
Depending on timeframe and circumstances, you may already have given up your rights.
