Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Hi im a dog breeder in indiana.my problem started when a new neighbor with dogs moved in and upsetted the whole block,and now they are trying to attack me about my dogs that have been there for 3 years in a very nice kennel in my back yard.They are throwing rules at me that were created 50 years ago and say their is an association for the block that votes and makes rules.Well when i bought my home from my parents(same house i grew up in) my parents or I were never told about this association our can anyone show us paper work that this exsist.Now they are makeing up new rules for the block,shouldnt i be grand fathered into any new rules they make and wheres my vote for the rules?thank you

I suggest that you have a title search done for association declarations. If any exist, they will show up. If there aren't any, then case closed. If there are, you should contact a local attorney.
