Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Due to hard times I am being forclosed on,I applied and qualified for the forbarence program. Then was denied the bank claimed I had left the property,I have not, turns out they have the wrong address on the paperwork all the way back to the origanal sale.By there own admission they have no documents that I have signed pertaing to the actual address where I actually live.Question? How can I use this to my advantage to delay forclosure.normaly my mind doesnt work this way but since they used it to there advantage .I would be more than happy to return the favor.

There are a number of defenses to the foreclosure, not just one. You need to see an attorney who does foreclosure defense in your area. Depending on the ciricmstances, you may even be able to sue the lender, but only a detailed review of the transaction can determine what is best for you. Good luck.
