easement maintenace

I live in a house that I only have access to via a driveway that is owned by another person. We have been taking care of this graval driveway for approx. 10 years with no help of the owner whom rents to someone behind us. My question is who is responsible for the maintanace of a easement driveway?

You are responsible to the extent the maintenance relates to your use.
