Easement Question
I live in Indiana and have lived in my home for 11 years. I just discovered a discrepancy on a sign and landscaping easement on my property based on the land survey I received when I closed on the property. The sign and landscaping extends past the actual easement that was granted to our HOA for use. Since it has been like this for 11 years, do I have any recourse? Can I legally require the HOA fix the location of the sign and landscaping since it goes beyond the easement that was granted or am I out of luck?
