Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

If I enter into a purchase agreement to buy a piece of residential real estate in Indiana, and want to be able to assign my contract to another buyer, do I have to include the words "and/or assigns" next to my printed name on the signature page of the agreement? Or, is my contract automatically assignable under Indiana state law without these words?
