Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

How does one escape from a timeshare "obligation" without incurring past unpaid Maintenance Fees and title transfer expenses?

As the sole-survivor to my parents' estate in `02, I paid to transfer title to an Indiana timeshare and pain the Maintenance Fees except for the last couple of years.

Paid fee for others to list for sale/rental to no avail. Have never used the timeshare and desire to dump this albatross.

Property manager claims they will foreclose for nonpayment of fees.

What are my options?

Based on the facts presented, you either have to pay and enjoy, or not pay and have the foreclosure, or save some fees by offering a deed in lieu. Good luck.
