My husband passed a way without a will. The property we owned is in his name. Can I sell the property like it is mine. He had 3 children by a previous marriage.

No. No, and No. Assuming that you are childless with him, all you will get is a life estate in that property. In other words you can live there as long as you are alive, but ownership rests with his three children.
