Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

my father bought a house. initially it was in his name. due to unavoidable situation he change the property to my elder brother name. Does the daughter will have the right for the property? the property is self-earned by my father.

I'm not sure I understand this. The daughter has no "right" to the property unless her name is on the deed. If the brother is the legal owner, he can do whatever he wants to do with the home.
