My father owned a timeshare in Galveston and I need to transfer the title into mine and my sisters name. What do I need to do?

Get him to sign a deed. If your question left out the fact that he died, then the answer is to talk to an estate attorney in your community. The answer would depend on several other facts not included in your posting.
