Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
DO FATHER AND SON NEED A WRITTEN CONTRACT? 14yrs ago my father and I verbally, hugged and shook hands agreeing to be real estate partners. He financed and I did the work. After 1000's of hours of labor(sweat equity) I have received no compensation and yet he has made 1000's. Do i have a contract or a leg to stand on for that matter?

How has he made money/ Does he rent the property? You may have a claim, regardless. Contact a local attorney.
